Applications are now open for We Will Chicago volunteers and community partners

The City of Chicago’s We Will planning team is seeking individuals and organizations to help develop the major themes, issues, and policy guidelines that will be included in the citywide plan.
The team is being led by staff from the Department of Planning and Development (DPD), the Office of the Mayor, and other City departments, public agencies and stakeholders.

| FOR INDIVIDUALS Individuals can join the conversation on WeWillChicago.com by registering and creating a profile. Registrants can share thoughts and ideas, comment on ongoing discussion topics, and receive regular updates about the planning process. BECOME A VOLUNTEER Individuals can apply to be a volunteer on pillar research teams or with the We Will Advisory Committee. All interested Chicagoans are eligible to apply. |
| FOR ORGANIZATIONS BECOME A COMMUNITY PARTNER We Will’s Community Partner program is recruiting up to 14 community-oriented groups to help develop the citywide planning process. Each selected Community Partner will be paid $15,000 for its participation. Community Partners can be organizations, teams, individuals, businesses, unincorporated nonprofits, and other types of entities. |
