We’re collaborating with Skills for Chicagoland’s Future, the North Lawndale Community Coordinating Council (NLCCC), LISC Chicago, Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership and the City of Chicago Department of Family and Supportive Services to connect local job seekers with good local jobs! Every summer, we bring together the entire community at this event! September 2024 – Celebrate A4CB’s 30th Anniversary
Join us in celebrating our 30 years of helping neighborhood entrepreneurs grow businesses that create jobs and wealth in their communities.
| Allies for Community Business’ (A4CB) Toast to Community Business is on September 19, 2024 at The Hatchery, a food and beverage incubator A4CB co-owns that is located on the West Side of Chicago. The evening will feature delicious food and beverages from A4CB client caterers and a chance to win exciting door prizes! Don’t wait – purchase your ticket today! Early bird pricing ends on Sunday, June 30. Early bird tickets are $150 for general admission and $75 for nonprofit employees and A4CB clients. Starting on July 1, prices will increase to $175 for general admission and $100 for nonprofit employees and A4CB clients. Funds raised from the Toast to Community Business event will help A4CB serve nearly 6,000 community businesses who will create or maintain more than 2,500 jobs in our region in 2024.
