South Side Weekly<\/a> is part of a new project of the Metro Media Lab, an initiative spearheaded by Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, Media, Integrated Marketing Communications<\/a>. Get paid to share your media habits with South Side Weekly at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 1, 2021.

The Metro Media Lab is a new, multi-year project being funded by the Robert R. McCormick Foundation<\/a> with the goal to help strengthen the news ecosystem in Chicago. The Metro Media Lab’s primary goal includes identifying practical ways for strengthening Chicago media.

You will receive $100 if selected to participate in the 90-minute virtual focus group conducted by Public Narrative<\/a> with the support of Local Voices Network<\/a> (pictured above).
