Eligible activities include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 COVID-19 education, prevention and treatment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Chronic disease self-management programs for older adults<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Worker rights, health and safety<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Deployment of Community Health Workers<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Health Equity in All Policies<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Organizational health literacy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7 Organizational sustainability for advancing racial equity and well-being Below are the RFPs at-a-glance for suburban Cook County and the City of Chicago.
